Customer & Technical Support Executive.
- Any Graduate or pursuing graduation or related field preferred.
- Should have an understanding of business-to-business relationships and a working knowledge of software/IT industry and information delivery systems
- Should be able to present to senior-level executives
- Should be soft spoken and patient while dealing with customers
Primary Job Responsibilities:
- Answering phones calls/email/faxes and letters and providing exceptional customer service in a timely and efficient manner
- Providing problem analysis and resolve client issues with the aid of available helpdesk tools (e.g. help files and Knowledge base articles.
- Providing the customer with the best of solution
- Ensuring call standards are maintained with respect to greeting, problem identification, proposed solution and conclusion.
Experience: Fresher/6 months experience preferred
Timings : 10am to 7:00pm
Salary: Salary as per industry standard.(** no limitation for right candidate)
Any Graduate or pursuing graduation.
